Please note: We will not hand out written seminar materials. All registered guests will receive a link to the seminar materials prior to the convention. All seminar materials will be in PDF format, making it possible to use from your laptops, tablets or smartphones.
If you prefer to have a printed copy, we encourage you to print out the materials you'd like and bring them with you. If you prefer printed materials, there will be a daily fee of $50 per day for the seminar(s) you are registered for. Please pay on the registration form. Printed materials will only be available for those that have purchased them in advance.

Save time and money when you register by Friday, June 15. After that date, you must register at the Convention. An additional fee will be added to registrations received after June 15. Tickets are "first come, first served." Pre-registration helps ensure your participation in the events you wish to attend.
The fee waiver applies to the continuing legal education programs only and entitles the recipient to attend any of the seminars during the convention at no cost. Click here to download an application or call Karolyn at 602.340.7203. Applications must be received by Friday, May 18. Download the Fee Waiver Form.
Requests for refunds are accepted in writing or by email only. All cancellations are subject to a $35 administrative fee. The bar has no desire to retain moneys paid by members unable to attend; however, hotel guarantees and other related expenses make the refund schedule necessary.
No refunds will be provided for registration or ticketed events after June 15. Download the Convention Cancellation Form.
