We've negotiated a discounted group rate at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.

The room rate is $179 per night for a single occupancy plus a $23.00 resort fee and all applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 12.5 percent.

If you plan to arrive early or stay after the event, our discounted room rate is available three days pre- and post-event based on availability (September 26 through October 7, 2019). Our discounted rate is subject to availablity.

On-site Parking

Valet parking service is available. The overnight valet parking fee is $33 per day plus tax for registered guests, and $33 plus tax for each entry for non-registered guests. Self-parking is also available for $23 per day plus tax for registered guests, and $23 per day plus tax for each entry for non-registered guests.
