Location(s): Half-day tour of neighborhoods with high percentage of immigrants, presentation at San Francisco AIDS Foundation and visit Strut, a health and wellness center in the Castro neighborhood.

Participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging arrangements.
How to get to the Bay Area:
By Air: The closest airports are Oakland International Airport and San Francisco International Airport.
We highly recommend the use of public transportation to travel within the Bay Area, particularly the BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). For more information visit BART. The closest BART station to TCE Oakland Center is 19th St. Oakland, and the closest one to UC Berkeley is Downtown Berkeley station.
We recommend using public transportation (BART/Uber/Lyft/ACtransit) to and from the UC Berkeley campus, since parking is very limited and reallistically non-existent.
Transportation from and to The California Endowment can be done through the Green Shuttle which is free of charge. From the Z Hotel Oakland (details below) you can take the shuttle in Jack London Square station and get off at either 20th St. or Webster and 20th Street which is right in front of the venue.
