As a global organization, we pay careful attention to factors around the world that may affect our events. We have been watching the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) and determined the best way to protect the safety of our stakeholders is to NOT proceed with hosting the PMI® Leadership Institute Meeting 2020—Latin America from 27-29 March in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil.

Registration Reimbursement: We are now in the process of issuing registration refunds for those who have already registered for the LIM 2020—Latin America. This will take us approximately 24-48 hours. To determine how long it will take for you to see your refund reflected in your account, we suggest contacting your bank for their processing time. Refunds will be processed in the manner of which payments were made (i.e. credit card).
Travel Reimbursement: If you made travel arrangements to attend this event, please contact your Chapter Partner. They will supply you with important information and procedures for receiving registration refunds and travel reimbursement.
New Offerings: This change gives us the opportunity to try something new by offering you two unique events in the coming months:
• Virtual LIM 2020—Latin America: A free virtual event in early May 2020. Details on the event and how to register are coming soon. • New “LIM 2020—Americas”: A three-day, in-person event on 15-17 October in Seattle, Washington. We’re incorporating both North and Latin America into the event program, and giving you an opportunity to network with your peers. Registration opens in late March.
