MEETING PLACES  
There are 4 meeting locations. Please note that you will only be able to access the areas that are relevant to your registration category – as below.

MEETING HUB Available to all delegates A maximum of 4 people can attend the meeting The meeting can be booked for 30 minutes or 1 hour	PREMIUM BUSINESS LOUNGE SPACE Available to sponsors who have reserved a premium lounge space only A maximum of 6 people can attend the meeting The meeting can be booked for 30 minutes or 1 hour
CLIENT SUITE Available to sponsors who have reserved a client suite space only A maximum of 6 OR 12 people can attend the meeting The meeting can be booked for 30 minutes or 1 hour. There are two meeting spaces in each client suite numbered 1 and 2	HOSPITALITY SUITE Available to sponsors who have reserved a Hospitality Suite only A maximum of 10 people can attend the meeting at each table The meeting can be booked for 30 minutes or 1 hour If there are multiple tables in the Hospitality Suite these will be numbered 1, 2, 3 etc.
