SUBMITTER INSTRUCTIONS
· To begin a full paper submission for Ozwater'19, you must click on the login button above and create a new user account as your old login credentials will not work.
· Once you have created your profile, click on Submissions and add new. During your submission, you will be asked to provide the following information. Please carefully review before you start:
- Presentation ID (original Submission ID - if unsure, refer to Ozwater’19 program or refer to Tomo's email)
- 100 word biography & headshot (all presenters)
- Full paper in PDF format (please save your file under YOUR SUBMISSION ID_Ozwater19_Technical Paper or YOUR SUBMISSION ID_Ozwater19_Case Study depending on your submission type)
*You must use a template to submit your abstract or case study. Please click here to access the templates.
You can submit multiple submissions under one account. If you have an enquiry regarding your submission, please email Australian Water Association at events@awa.asn.au.· You will receive reviewer comments once the reviewing closes. There will be an opportunity for you to submit a revised paper by Monday, 15 April 2019.
Terms and Conditions for Submitting a Paper
By submitting to present at Ozwater'19, you agree to the Terms and Conditions below:
· You must commit to a paid registration by Thursday, 31 January 2018 (This applies to all Ozwater'19 presenters and co-presenters).
· Full paper submission, headshot, 100-word biography by Monday, 4 February 2019
· Electronic PowerPoint presentation slides by Monday, 15 April 2019 (This applies to all Ozwater’19 presentation types)
· Revised paper due (optional): Monday, 15 April 2019
· Confirm copyright ownership and originality of the paper and the work
· Confirm that the paper has not been previously published in any other form and that the Australian Water Association will be granted permission to publish the paper (this would have been confirmed at time of abstract submission)
· Be available to present during Ozwater’19 in Melbourne, Australia during 7 - 9 May, 2019 as per the Ozwater’19 program.
Please do not submit a paper if you are unable to comply with any of the above conditions.
All Authors who present at an Australian Water Association conference or activity or publish in any of the Association's publications will be required to comply with Australian Water Association's Copyright Assignment Policy. These terms and conditions can be viewed by clicking here.
