Jeri has led organizations and served on boards of purpose-driven consumer businesses. She is a firm believer in the power of business to enact social good. Currently Jeri serves on the Board of Seventh Generation, a B-corporation, and the nation’s leading brand of non-toxic and renewable bio-based household, baby and personal care solutions. Most recently, Jeri served as President for Godiva Chocolatier where she led the Lady Godiva Program which celebrated and supported remarkable women who were making a difference in their communities. Prior to Godiva, Jeri was Global Brand President at Avon, the world’s largest micro lender to women globally and provider of economic opportunity to 60,000 independent representatives. Jeri is passionate about educating and empowering women and girls to become economically independent. Jeri began her career at Kraft Foods, where she became President and General Manager of both the Desserts Division and of the Beverages Division before being appointed as Kraft’s first Global Chief Marketing Officer in 2006. In that position she was responsible for Global Marketing, Consumer Insights, Marketing Centers of Excellence, and Corporate Initiatives on Health and Wellness and Sustainability. Jeri has also served on the Board of Frontier Communications, a Fortune 500 broadband communications provider. She earned degrees from Brandeis University and Columbia Business School and she and her husband, who have three grown children, live in Larchmont, NY.
