Title Director, Corporate Engagement Company Year Up Bio Scott Gullick is the Director of Corporate Engagement for Year Up Bay Area. Year Up’s mission is to close the Opportunity Divide by providing urban young adults with the skills, experience, and support that will empower them to reach their potential through professional careers and higher education. Scott’s passion for youth inspires his work: connecting local companies with Year Up’s talent pipeline. Since joining the team in 2010, Scott has grown the Bay Area’s cohort of corporate partners from 5 to over 70 and has connected more than 650 young adults with the internship and network necessary to launch their careers. Scott is a Bay Area native and current resident of Oakland, CA. Scott holds a BS in Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Boston University. When not advocating for young adults, you can find Scott playing with his two daughters, riding his bike and hiking in the Oakland hills.
