Title General Manager Company Munchery Bio Mihir is the Bay Area General Manager at Munchery, where he is responsible for strategic planning, implementation, operations and growth. Munchery is a gourmet dinner service that enlists top local chefs to create and cook signature dishes specifically designed to be savored at home. Munchery’s all-star chefs are veterans of acclaimed local restaurants like La Folie, Zuni Cafe, Chez Panisse, Gitane, Gather and Cosmopolitan. Each dish is cooked with the best ingredients fresh from local farmers, growers and culinary artisans. Prior to joining Munchery, Mihir spent over a decade in the healthcare sector. Most recently, he helped launch AVIA Health Innovation as the head of their venture program. He also spent time at Abbott Labs with a deep focus on marketing and operations for medical device product launches in emerging markets. Prior to Abbott, Mihir worked with hospitals and health systems, with expertise in operational redesign. He is also an ardent supporter of Duke basketball, his hometown San Antonio Spurs, and his perennially underachieving Dallas Cowboys. Mihir holds a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and dual-BS degrees from Duke University.
