Title Director, Culture & Leadership Company Blackbaud Bio Kathy Marshall joined Blackbaud in January 2014 as the Director of Leadership & Culture. She is responsible for designing and delivering programs and initiatives that develop talent, contribute to culture change efforts and enhance engagement and performance. Kathy came to Blackbaud with experience in talent management, learning and development, team effectiveness and HR business partnership. Previously, she worked at Clear Channel Media & Entertainment as their Talent Acquisition Leader. She also spent time at GE Energy, ATMI and Dell Inc. in various HR roles. Kathy holds an M.A. in Human Services from St. Edwards University and a B.A. in Political Science from Sonoma State University.
