She evaluates and structures alliances, oversees market analysis and business expansion efforts, and the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives. Prior to her current role, Karen was Vice President of Business Development at Box. Previously, she was an executive at Prosper, where she served as Head of Business Development at Orrick Herrington and Sutcliffe. Karen was recently named a founding advisor of the global innovation forum for the Information Technology Innovation Council. Karen earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Towson University.
