Title Engineering Center Manager Company Northrop Grumman Bio Randy Anderson is the Engineering Center Manager for the JC2 Operating Unit with 650+ engineers spread across the United States. One of several Engineering Center functions is the responsibility to design, deploy, and maintain the Software Engineering Environments required for all program, IRAD, and Proposal execution, across the JC2 Operating Unit. The Eng Center Manager is also responsible for staffing the required Engineering disciplines required to execute any and all JC2 associated activities. He has over 25 years of experience in designing, and deploying, and maintaining Software Engineering and Production environments, distributed, and local. Randy has a BS Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara……and he really misses living in Santa Barbara!!
