Samuel Visner is CSC's Vice President and General Manager, Global Cybersecurity. In this role, Mr. Visner leads CSC’s cyber business and directs the development of strategy, including the development and management of cybersecurity technologies, services, and solutions. Reporting to Mr. Visner is CSC‘s Vulnerability Research Labs subsidiary, one of the world‘s leading malware analysis organizations. In a prior role, Mr. Visner directed CSC’s enforcement, security, foreign affairs and intelligence business development team, managing business growth and developing strategy for key national security segments. Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Visner was a Senior Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), where he represented the company in the intelligence, research and development, and security support markets. He also served as Chief of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) programs at the National Security Agency (NSA) from 2001-2003, and received the Agency’s Exceptional Civilian Service Award, NSA’s highest award to civilian employees. Mr. Visner also currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, where he presents a course in the Science and Technology in International Affairs program on the effects of information technology on international security. Mr. Visner holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown University.
