Bio
Roger joined Orbitz, LLC in 2000 as Vice President of Technology. As the company's fifth employee, he led the team that built the original technology infrastructure for the official launch of Orbitz.com in June 2001. Roger left Orbitz in 2004 to join the leadership team of G2 Switchworks, a start-up in the travel technology space which was acquired by Travelport in 2008. He returned to Orbitz Worldwide in early 2009 to serve as the company's Vice President of Technology and group manager of the Intelligent Marketplace group, and in 2010 he was appointed to his current role. Prior to Orbitz, Roger worked in the Chicagoland region as a lead software engineer for Neoglyphics Media Corporation and as a software engineer for Motorola's Cellular Subscriber Group.
