Title Solution Director Company Alcatel-Lucent Bio Mike Lambert is the Solution Director Alcatel-Lucent’s Enterprise IP Communications solution. In this role he is responsible for the vision, roadmap, ecosystem and go-to-market of the Alcatel-Lucent’s IMS portfolio delivered direct to Enterprises as well as through the Service Provider and System Integrator channels. Mike has been instrumental in creating the vision for IP platform communications solution to provide the enterprise IT communications infrastructure required for the post UC transformation that is being driven by the rapid adoption of Bring Your Own Device/Application solutions. Previously at Alcatel-Lucent Mike held product management roles with responsibility for webRTC, voice and video media servers and an enterprise video conferencing platform. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Mike held roles in product management and marketing at Nortel Networks and Ditech Networks. Mike has deep experience in the communications industry with technical and market understanding of IMS, VoIP, video, unified communications and wireless technologies for enterprise and consumer markets. Mike holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University, Evanston and a Masters of Business Administration from Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University, Dallas.
