Fernando P. Calingin is responsible for the Business Development and Operations of Webb Fontaine’s inspection and testing services in the following business sectors: Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Minerals, Coal, and Agro-Fertilizer.

At Webb Fontaine, Fernando has established new business sectors whose operations encompass several geographical locations.

Prior to joining Webb Fontaine, Fernando was Operations Manager for SGS Regional Operating Headquarters (ROHQ) in Manila, Philippines. The Manila ROHQ was the Global Customs Classification and Valuation Hub to service, among others, the Customs regimes of Indonesia, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Angola, Nigeria, Peru, Ecuador, and Venezuela.
