Title Associate Director, Strategic Marketing & Development Company Verizon Ventures Bio Tom Constabile is an Associate Director of Strategic Marketing & development for Verizon Ventures. Tom’s team works closely with Corporate partners, Venture Capital firms and emerging start-up companies to identify new investment, business model, joint development and commercial opportunities across Verizon’s global platforms for consumer, enterprise and small business customers. Prior to this position Tom managed strategic partnerships including joint ventures with Skype, MTV and Rhapsody. Mr. Constabile also helped launch the Developer Relations and Business Development team for the Verizon Developer Community. Tom joined Verizon Wireless in 2005 to launch the V CAST Music platform and was instrumental in building V CAST Music into a top 10 digital media retail business. Prior to Verizon Wireless Mr. Constabile spent 10 years as an Entrepreneur in Digital & Interactive Media, Journalist and Editor holding leaderships positions at Start-ups (Platform.net, Hookt.com) and founding his own Talent Management & Interactive Consulting firm, UpMedia, inc.
