Title Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Company CA Technologies Bio Jamin Marks is Senior Vice President for Corporate Development at CA Technologies. He is responsible for the identification and evaluation of opportunities for corporate growth through acquisitions, divestitures and investments as well as for business case development, deal negotiation and execution. Jamin joined CA Technologies following over a decade of experience at IBM. Most recently, he was Director of Business Development for the Business Analytics group. Previously, he was Director of Business Development for the Information Management Software group where he directed acquisition strategy and execution for a multi-billion dollar portfolio. His earlier assignments include IBM Corporate Development, Business Development and Strategy roles with the Tivoli Software division. Prior to IBM, he worked for Pervasive Software, Inc. and Arthur Andersen. Jamin holds advanced degrees from University of Texas Graduate School of Business and Indiana University School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University in Information Systems and Computer Science.
