Title SVP, Corporate Business Development Company Henry Schein Bio David is responsible for Henry Schein’s Corporate Business Development group. This group has responsibility for developing the Company’s growth strategy and for implementing such strategy in concert with the business units principally through acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic vendor relationships. In close partnership with Henry Schein’s business leaders, David and the Corporate Business Development Group act as the primary interface with target companies and vendors throughout the transaction; including: due diligence, negotiations and closing. During the lifecycle of a transaction, CBDG partners with Henry Schein’s internal and external experts and advisors across all functional areas to assist in the identification of potential risks and opportunities and the development of solutions to issues that may arise. David has five direct reports and has overall responsibility for 11 Team Schein Members.
