Title VP, M&A and Corporate Development Company F5 Networks Bio Andrew Stern is the Vice President of Corporate Development for F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV), with global responsibility for all M&A activity. At F5 he has executed nearly half a billion dollars in transactions, including the successful acquisition of a number of Israeli-based companies. Prior to joining F5, Andrew was a senior executive at several venture-backed technology companies including MagniFire, which was sold to F5, and Evolve Software, which went public. Andrew has also worked as a management consultant throughout the US and Asia, advising multinational companies on corporate strategy. He holds a BA from Princeton University, where he was a National Merit Scholar, and an MBA from Harvard University, where he was a Baker Scholar.
