Michal is the Executive Director of Shikum Acher (providing people challenged by mental disorders with tools to realize their potential) and Rehabilitative Manager at Gvanim (programs for disadvantaged populations throughout Israel). In 2010, Michal founded Gvanim B’Café in 2012 Kelim Shloovim, a coffee shop and gift store employing adults with mental illness.
