Over the last two years, Mr. Pan’s vision and enthusiasm led him to help many Israeli companies to obtain projects in China. Mr. Pan’s past experience includes 5 years of Deputy Secretary in the local government and 20 years of top management roles in a large state-owned company and a design institute. He holds a master’s degree in finance and marketing.
