Jason Madiedo is the President/CEO of Venta Financial Group, Inc., dba, Alterra Home Loans and Venta Wholesale, a 100% Minority owned mortgage banking firm and the largest Local Mortgage Company in Nevada. Venta specializes in affordable mortgage products and diverse markets and currently serves California, Arizona, Oregon, Colorado, Texas and Florida.

Jason began his career in the Mortgage industry 18 years ago as a Loan Originator working at a local community bank for 4 years and later, co-founding along with his mother, a multi state mortgage banking firm that included real estate sales and escrow divisions. He Held several positions there, from Loan Originator, Manager, Underwriter, Secondary and Vice President.

He is very passionate about assisting underserved market consumers who have worked hard to achieve the American Dream. He has served as president For NAHREP - Nevada, Board of director for NAHREP National, an approved trainer for Freddie Mac and California Association of Realtors, and an active advocate for Latino homeownership appearing on CNBC Money Line, Reuters, Real Voices and Big Builder Magazine.

Jason holds several certifications and is a licensed real estate broker both in CA and NV. His greatest achievement is being married to his beautiful wife of 13 years Valerie who together have two beautiful daughters Alani 12 and Aleena 8.
