As the Vice President of Strategy & Insights, Courtney is responsible for bringing the voice of the consumer into Rodan + Fields’ strategies and leads all research with Consultants and Preferred Customers. She has more than 20 years of consumer product experience in the U.S. and internationally, and has been responsible for leading strategic planning, brand positioning, communication development, custom research and marketing analytics for categories as diverse as lipstick, vodka and pet treats. Prior to joining Rodan + Fields, Courtney was Vice President of Consumer Strategy and Insights at J.M. Smucker where she was a key player in the development of growth strategies for their portfolio of brands, including Milk Bone. Her previous leadership roles also include Group Director of Consumer Insights at Diageo and Director of Global Market Research at Avon Products. Courtney holds an MBA from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Texas and sits on the Marketing Insights Council of the American Marketing Association.
