When Rose Gallo-Rojas first learned about the Rodan + Fields opportunity she originally wasn't interested. But once she started to explore the company, the doctors, and the growth opportunity in the skincare market, Rose soon realized that she "had to take the leap of faith into entrepreneurship."

Working with R+F intrigued Rose because during the 2009 economic downturn, her company restructured and let her go after she had worked there for eight years. “I didn’t see it coming and I didn’t deserve it,” Rose shares. She quickly realized "that when you're an employee, someone else is in the driver's seat" and decided that she didn't want to depend on others for her family's financial future or personal validation. Her decision to launch her own R+F business was a good one. Working her R+F business 20-30 hours each week, she has far exceeded her corporate VP salary and shares that, "Hard work, the desire to help others, and persistence paid off!"

Rose says her new path has been life-changing and that the real gift has been the lifestyle and time flexibility her business has given her. Her business partners are like family to her and she has cultivated a "collaborative and dedicated organization that works hard, enjoys the fruits of their labor and has fun in the process." Rose says her "why" continues to get bigger each day, and loves that as she builds her business she's "helping others to change their lives" as well.
