Panda Korman, a Physician Anesthesiologist, was working 60-70 hours a week with a growing family when she learned about the R+F opportunity from a friend through Facebook. After becoming a Consultant in October 2014, she has been able to cut down her working hours to a “part time” schedule of 45-50 hours each week. Her R+F business is worked into the nooks and crannies of her busy week, and she spends 10-20 hours coaching her team and building her R+F business.

“The best part has been helping others in ways I didn’t think I knew how,” remarks Panda. “Not only do we get to celebrate title advancements, but those achieving time freedom and overcoming challenges as well.”

And when it comes to celebration, Panda knows how to go all out! She and her upline hosted a party for their team at Rodan + Fields Convention 2017 in Las Vegas, drawing a crowd of over 500 people. “It just hit me right there how far I had come,” remembers Panda. “I hugged my upline and thought, where I am in my life now compared to just several years ago are so different.”

Her advice to someone just starting their own Rodan + Fields business is simple: “Don’t give up. Put in the time and effort you would do in your full-time job.” The next goal on her horizon? “I want to help more people feel what I feel.”
