No strangers to direct selling, Gabriel and Holley Sedlak knew that not all companies in the industry were created equal and as a result, asked “the tough questions” about R+F. At the time he heard about the company, Gabriel was in transition and looking for a new opportunity, something “new and cutting-edge.” When he joined in 2008, he was seeking long-term sustainability and a different experience altogether.

Gabriel and Holley spend about 25-30 hours a week on their R+F business and take great pride in being early adopters of the company’s business model. They have had a front row seat to the company’s growth over the years and find it humbling to be a part of the amazing culture. “Our industry is a great equalizer for those willing to press through until breakthrough comes!”

They appreciate that they feel rewarded for their “passion and hunger” over simply having a corporate background. The Sedlaks hope to take advantage of R+F’s global expansion so they can see widespread growth within their organization. They plan to continue to encourage leaders to become influencers and grow sustainable businesses and believe that real success comes from working “your way, in your surroundings with the tools you have in your hand.”
