Carrie Todd first heard about R+F from her daughter's voice coach, who encouraged her to research the business because she was Canadian and could be among one of the first Canadian Consultants. After researching it further, Carrie was ""excited about being a part of something as an early adopter"" and joined in 2013.

With her family now spending summers in Canada and school years in Texas, Carrie works 20 hours a week on her business and “loves using her business education and experience to lead and train a team of successful entrepreneurs."" Her advice to anyone starting out in the business is to ""choose your goals, however big or small they may be, and reverse engineer them to break it down and make it manageable."" Carrie also recommends conducting three-way calls as they have proven to be a successful recruitment method for her.

She recently hosted a leadership retreat in Tennessee and the ""collaboration, fellowship and learning was amazing."" Carrie’s passions include continuing to expand her business across the US, Canada and Australia and providing an opportunity for other entrepreneurs to grow. “This business is the biggest gift my family has ever received,” says Carrie, “and I am passionate about sharing this gift!” She is also proud that her sisters joined her in the R+F business. Together they plan to build strong, successful businesses that will “leave a legacy for our children one day.”
