A friend introduced Deb and Willy John to R+F in 2013. Deb was working as a nurse anethesiologist and Willy was a realtor, but they joined as Independent Consultants because they know ""the products worked and that this would be a big thing with or without us."" Two years later, when Deb had to leave her job due to health reasons and then shortly after lost her health insurance, “R+F is what kept us from going bankrupt.”

Today they work their business 15 hours a week and are proudly “leading an entire team to dream bigger and live life on their own terms.” She urges new Consultants to trust successful leaders and to “lock arms, listen and grow.” Deb believes that reaching Level V is just the beginning and no matter how much you achieve, “never sit back.”

Their R+F business has enabled them to open a foundation that helps people who can’t pay their deductibles during catastrophic medical events. Having lived through the same situation, they understand the financial distress when faced with mounting medical bills and want to help others. Their long term goal, besides doubling their team in the next year, is to be able to donate a significant amount of their R+F income to their nonprofit.
