After receiving a phone call in 2012 from a good college friend, Carter Benton was intrigued about the R+F business but initially scared to join. She eventually jumped in because she was looking for something she could do from home part-time and trusted her friend. R+F was and is the perfect fit for Carter and she loves the flexible, professional outlet. She looks forward to the future of her business and seeing her leaders continue to grow. Carter has experienced so many wonderful things as a result of her success with R+F and wants her team to “experience all of the joys that that this business has brought my way.” Today, Carter says R+F has completely changed their lives. “Not only have we found financial freedom, but more importantly we have more time freedom.” Personally, she says she has “developed new professional and personal skills, gained confidence and met some of the most inspiring people I know.” Carter was a stay-at-home mom when she joined R+F and when asked how many hours she works, admits it’s hard to count sometimes, though it’s usually around 20. “It is always on my mind!”
