Melissa Whittle was feeling as if her career had hit a plateau. She had been working as a pharmacy supervisor for 22 pharmacies in the Chicagoland area when her friend and neighbor introduced her to Rodan + Fields. "I needed a sense of family and community at work," says Melissa, who joined Rodan + Fields as an Independent Consultant in 2010. She began working her R+F business 5-10 hours each week, and eventually was able to retire from her pharmaceutical career and create a work schedule around her family. Now she dedicates 25 hours each week to growing her business. "It is still work, so you must put in the time to see the successes," says Melissa. Melissa has felt the love and support of the Rodan + Fields community in many shapes and forms, particularly when she dealt with the difficult passing of her mother. She finds joy in "seeing other leaders achieve their personal goals and succeed!" Those "life-changing moments" are what Melissa sees as some of her greatest successes as an RFX Circle Achiever.
