"Ruled by the billable hour" as a lawyer-turned public relations executive, Romi Neustadt and her husband John, a doctor, were "getting by but not getting ahead." After she was hired by a jewelry designer who was funding her business with help from her Rodan + Fields side business, Romi decided to build a business of her own in 2009.

John has since been able to step away from his clinical practice and join Romi, who works 30 hours each week. Over the years, they have been able to pay their success forward by devoting time and financial resources to their "community and the causes that support the health and education of women, children and military veterans." Their R+F successes have been great, but Romi says the most rewarding part has been the ability to mentor others to reach their goals.

Romi and John consider their greatest success to be the accomplishments of their team and plans to continue empowering as many people as possible to reach their goals through R+F. They believe that with the right mindset, each and every person can achieve what they want through this vehicle and the one thing they know for sure is that "the greatest success comes from serving others."
