In 2013, Wendi Green was a singer/songwriter trying to make ends meet in the “wavering music industry.” She and her husband Brian had adopted three siblings from Ethiopia two years prior and were enduring the “two hardest financial years” they’d ever experienced. Her sister, an R+F Independent Consultant, knew they were struggling and introduced her to R+F. Joining R+F has changed their lives and Wendi and Brian are now able to help others in ways that are beyond anything they thought possible. The freedom they have attained through working with R+F has enabled the whole family to pursue their dreams. She currently works her business part-time, which has enabled her to focus on launching her own production company. Wendi stresses that this is not a “get rich quick” business and that “time plus consistency” equals success. When she first started out, she worked 30 hours a week and put a lot of work into her business. She continues to put real time into motivating her direct Consultants to push themselves and achieve their goals. “So many times people get discouraged because it takes time, but that’s just part of the process.” Wendi’s best advice is to “work hard now because your future self will thank you for it.”
