Title Executive Director Company Wrigley Company Foundation Bio Anne Vela-Wagner is the Executive Director of the Wrigley Company Foundation. She has deep experience in strategy and partnership development, employee engagement, process improvement and internal communications. She leads the Foundation’s global partnerships and programs including the establishment of its strategy, impact, evaluation and overall management. She works closely with the executive members of the Foundation Board to drive meaningful outcomes and associate engagement. Anne also leads two signature Mars Incorporated initiatives – the Mars Volunteer Program and the Mars Ambassador Program – to activate Mars Wrigley Confectionery associates around the world who have the talent and passion to create positive social change. A proud Chicagoan, she has sat on numerous non-profit boards and is happiest leading, or participating in, volunteer projects in her community. Anne holds a BA from the University of Illinois and a MSC from Northwestern University.
