Tom has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy and consumer insights. He has created breakthrough campaigns for large global brands and strengthened the teams he works with in the process. Tom joined The North Face in 2016 as the head of Global Marketing. Prior to joining The North Face, Tom worked at Diageo Wine and Spirits as the Global VP of Innovation and Design for Smirnoff, leading a team responsible for the development and launch of new products globally. He holds a BA in English from Kenyon College and was awarded the AdWeek Brand Genius award in 2012.
