Title Vice President, Program Officer Company Citi Foundation Bio Tia Hodges is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation responsible for managing grant relationships within our Youth Economic Opportunities portfolio and is actively engaged in the implementation of the Foundation’s Pathway to Progress initiative. She works closely with community partners to structure grant programs that focus on helping young people link educational goals with leadership training, professional networks and onramps to employment. Tia worked in the non-profit sector for over a decade before joining the Citi Foundation in 2014, including at Feeding America of Eastern Wisconsin. Most recently Tia was a Program Manager for a national advocacy program at KaBOOM!, where she collaborated with Mayors and civic leaders to ensure children lived in active and healthy communities. Tia holds a B.A. in Sociology from Loyola University of Chicago and an M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
