As VP of corporate social responsibility, Katja Zastrow is responsible for leading Anheuser-Busch’s robust CSR-Better World programs in the U.S. She first joined the company as an intern and later progressed from manager of corporate relations to region VP of state affairs. In her role as VP of state affairs, Zastrow led legislative affairs in 16 states and developed the State Affairs Best Practice program, including a uniform stakeholder outreach effort. Zastrow holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University in Sociology & Business Administration and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. A native of Berlin, Germany, Zastrow grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, and recently moved from Washington DC to Manhattan.
