Title Vice President, Enterprise IT Services Company Milestone Bio Rob brings a diverse background to Milestone as Vice President of Enterprise IT Services. Throughout his career, Rob has established a reputation for successfully aligning IT teams to drive customer service and operational excellence. Rob started his career at the Metropolitan State University of Denver as a lecturer in the Computer Science department, teaching classes in software engineering and database design. Rob subsequently brought his data analytics expertise to the private sector, consulting with several Fortune 100 companies. At Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), Rob led initiatives around data visualization techniques and also drove leadership programs for early-in-career engineering team members. Rob served as a consultant at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) where he led efforts around big data analysis and interpretation. Rob joined the Milestone team in 2007 as Director of Staffing Services, where he helped shape recruiting processes and overall alignment with customer-facing field operations. Rob later assumed the role of Senior Director of Organizational Development and subsequently served as Service Delivery Executive, aligned to Milestone’s most strategic customers. In his current role, Rob leads a large, global organization chartered with providing end-to-end IT services to both large enterprises and small-to-medium businesses. Rob and his team take a data-driven approach to providing customers with key insights into their business, a hallmark of Milestone’s focus on driving a differentiated customer experience. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Denver.
