Courtney Yount first heard about R+F from Jenn DiVittorio while on vacation. They quickly formed a friendship and Jenn became her eventual sponsor. “I totally trusted Jenn and if she was doing it, I wanted to as well.” At the time, Courtney was looking to fill a professional void and also struggling with infertility so she was happy to find “something to take my mind off of trying to get pregnant.”

She enrolled as an Independent Consultant in 2012 and works 25-30 hours a week. She and her husband ended up being able to have a second child and Courtney considers herself a “better mom, wife, friend and daughter because of R+F.” The friendships she has made have been “priceless” and she is now able to help others financially in ways she never could before. “Life changing is an understatement.”

Her greatest success as a leader is when a teammate thanks her for the gift. “I literally start crying because I know how they feel.” To those starting out in the business, Courtney says to never give up. “If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.” Her goal this year is to focus on leadership and dig deep into her organization to “work with the working.”
