The need for “something that involved talking to people that talked back and could feed themselves” was a driving force behind Jamie Walker’s decision to join R+F. She was a stay-at-home mom to four kids when she was invited to an acquaintance’s home and learned about the business. Soon after that she enrolled as an Independent Consultant in 2013. Since joining R+F and working 30 hours each week to grow her business, Jamie says her family is able to “dream in ways we didn’t even know how to dream before.” Her husband has been able to walk away from his corporate legal career to pursue his own passion and as a family, they get to “make decisions based on the experiences we’d like to enjoy together.” Professionally, she has achieved exciting milestones and is “fiercely proud of our team culture, the duplication and support systems we have in place.” Jamie hopes to share more success stories in the future and to continue to grow and connect with her team. Her advice to those starting out is to “bottle up the excitement and sprinkle it on yourself in the coming days, months and years.” She believes that “if you’re always pouring into your team they will always pour into you” and that it’s “what you can do to support them, not the other way around.”
