Elizabeth Siravo left her teaching job after her first child was born and before she knew it, she was home with three kids under four-years-old. “I loved being home with our children, but we needed that second income desperately.” She learned about R+F on Facebook, and after months of watching someone else’s success, decided to reach out. In 2013 she pursued the opportunity not only for the extra income and flexibility, but also because Elizabeth believed in the brand. “I knew that if I didn’t try it, I would always wonder what could have been.” Now she works 15-20 hours a week and she and husband “live our lives on our terms, put our family first and plan for the future.” Her husband was able to recently retire and now they are both focused on the business. Elizabeth has loved watching her team “reach milestones and have their own success stories unfold.” She looks forward to their continued achievements and is rewarded by helping them thrive in their own businesses. She plans to make giving back an even bigger part of their team culture and she and her husband plan to personally work with more charities near to their hearts.
