Jamie Petersen was a financial advisor when she first heard about R+F from her mom and sisters. Intrigued by the opportunity to build her own business with the well-known Doctors, she decided it was “too good to pass up” and joined in 2009. She works 45 hours a week and loves the fact that she can earn an income but still be home with her kids. She is driven by the ability to empower women everywhere to “be the CEO and mom” and is most proud of her team’s culture of creating a legacy of giving. “Everything we stand for, everything we really do, everything we will continue to do is truly creating a legacy.” To those starting out with R+F, Jamie advises not to let any negativity get in the way. She believes that “anything worth having takes hard work” and consistency is key. Jamie, already an active supporter of the Rodan + Fields Prescription for Change Foundation, dreams of giving back in "far greater ways:" she and her husband are currently creating scholarship funds for their family members. They are also looking forward to more traveling with R+F and the expansion into Australia. Jamie wants to help teams there “fuel their fires” and personally show them how R+F can change their lives.
