Sarah LeBlanc was a primary schoolteacher when she joined her best friend on her R+F journey in 2013. She was an avid REDEFINETM Eye Cream user and became an Independent Consultant after an unpaid maternity leave left her family financially vulnerable and eager to find another means of income. So, with “only $14.72 to her name,” Sarah jumped at the chance to start her own business. Only three and half years later, she proudly applauds her strong team, which consists of Consultants across US, Canada, and soon Australia, for getting her to where she is today. Her R+F business, now a full-time commitment, allowed for early retirement from teaching and her husband’s departure from the corporate world, years ahead of schedule. More importantly, she was able to attend her son’s first day of kindergarten–something she hadn’t dreamed of doing while working as a teacher. Sarah has coached thousands of Consultants throughout her time with Rodan and Fields. She recommends those starting out “run not walk, don’t overthink it, and be consistent!” She encourages everyone working towards the next level to stay positive, continue developing leadership skills, and avoid getting stuck in manager mode. “Keep growing your teams, developing your leaders, and remaining gracious because it will come back to you tenfold.”
