Mallory Hope Garshnick was at a bit of a crossroads. A practicing dentist in the Seattle area, her goal was to invest in her own dental practice and be her own boss. But the significant loans she'd be required to take out, along with the commitment of living so far away from her hometown in Florida, was intimidating and had her thinking twice. Today, Mallory is "a completely different person." Working with R+F has allowed her to attain her original goal of being her own boss and has allowed her immense personal development. "I am more confident, take more risks, say yes more often and am not afraid of failing like I used to be," she says. "Before R+F, I would miss out on so many things." These days, she sees failure as a stepping stone to success, rather than an endpoint. Her goal is to pass this newfound excitement on to her team so they can find the same growth in their R+F businesses. Dedicating upwards of 20 hours each week growing her personal business and team, Mallory encourages them not to quit when the business gets hard and explains that her "Why" is to be the reason someone doesn't give up. She looks forward to continuing to "help change lives because of this amazing business and incredible products" and looks forward to a life of excitement, change, adventure and purpose alongside her new husband, Jarad, whom she married in spring 2017. The two have decided to follow their "dream of living in the mountains" and have relocated from Nashville to Montana, where they are excited to start a family and spend time together pursuing their passions.
