Kris Fairless has a long history with R+F, which started when the Doctors were still selling their products in department stores. She was a product educator for their line of skincare and was contacted by the company when they decided to pursue an alternative business model. “I knew I could leverage my outstanding results, but also the credibility of the Doctors and our brand.” Without hesitating, she jumped in and joined in 2007 as the very first Independent Consultant. She and her husband Mark, who was able to join Kris in the business within the first two years, have built a team of thousands and love “empowering others to prosper and strive for success.” Kris works full time hours each week teaching others teaching others how to be entrepreneurial while Mark focuses his time on facilitating philanthropic endeavors. Kris believes that “mindset matters” to be successful with R+F. She joined the company before websites, mentors and training materials were available but entered her business with “WIT—the mindset of ‘whatever it takes,’ which encompasses resilience.” She looks forward to continuing to “teach, train and mentor others” and engage daily in sharing their story. She loves “taking people to a place they have been longing and dreaming to go” and considers that their greatest success overall.
