After attending an acquaintance’s Business Launch, Jessica Edwards was intrigued by the business opportunity. “What impressed me most about R+F was the fact that our Doctors were allowing normal people to leverage their brand and credibility.” Although already working as a school fundraising consultant, Jessica liked that she could run her own business and “decided to join immediately.” That was in 2011 and since then, R+F has changed Jessica and her husband Bryan's life. “We now have the ability to give our time and resources in very impactful ways to non-profits, ministries and organizations that we’re passionate about.” Jessica works 15 hours a week and considers it priceless that her family “gets the freedom now to craft our days how we would like.” One of Jessica’s favorite things about working for R+F is “getting to watch your friends work hard to reach their goals and change their lives.” She loves celebrating the success of her amazing team and has made lifelong friends along the way. Her advice to those starting out in the business is “don’t ever give up” and to continue sharing this incredible gift. In the meantime, Jessica’s personal goal is to keep helping her team members achieve their milestones and advance in their businesses.
