A marketing guru at heart, Elizabeth Dugger immediately “understood the brand equity and the power of a brand” when she was introduced to Rodan + Fields. She had been running her own marketing company, which had been successful until the recession hit in 2008. Once familiarized with R+F, she “knew in my gut that it was a match made in heaven” because she could build her business without the risky prospect of leaving her career.

Eventually she was able to concentrate on R+F exclusively and spends about 20-25 hours a week on her business. She loves that in addition to doing something she’s proud of, she also gets to be a present mom and involved with her kids inside and out of school. “My goal when I started this business was to be able to take and pick up my daughter from school. Since she started kindergarten three years ago, I have never missed a school run.”

Elizabeth loves how rewarding her R+F business is and says that one of her greatest successes to date has been seeing how her saying “yes” to this opportunity has changed so many lives. She is overwhelmed to think she has had a small part in her team’s ability to fund charities and pay off debts, college tuitions, mortgages, doctor’s bills, and so much more.
