Amber Dawes was working as a kindergarten teacher when her co-worker introduced her to R+F. She thought it was the perfect opportunity to supplement her teaching income, pay off her growing debt, and maybe “finally have financial freedom.” She joined as an Independent Consultant in 2011, working 10-15 hours outside of the classroom. Now, Amber has committed herself to her business and spends 30 hours per week pursuing her passion of helping her team members change their lives. One of her favorite R+F memories was sitting poolside with Dr. Katie Rodan who shared how her success involved hard work, determination, and family balance. She instantly connected with Dr. Rodan’s story and felt encouraged to continue pursuing her business. Amber’s advice to someone on their way to Level V is to “trust your journey and don’t compare yourself to others.” She is an advocate of investing time and energy in your team and following the successful system R+F has set up for Consultants. She looks forward to involving other friends and family members in the business and see more of her team members reach the goals they have set for themselves. “So many on my team are reaching Level V and above and that is so rewarding.”
