After noticing a fellow soccer mom’s selfies on Facebook, Leisa Cutler, a “self-proclaimed product junkie,” reached out to inquire about the woman’s “gorgeous, flawless skin.” Upon hearing that she used Rodan + Fields and learning more about the business, Leisa was “immediately excited about the credibility I felt they would have in the industry.” She was even more excited when she found out that R+F hadn’t yet launched in her home country of Canada. At the time, Leisa was a full-time RN in the neuro-surgical ICU and pregnant with her fourth child. She says, “I knew this was the change I needed that would allow me to make money and be at home with my babies.” She had always wanted to be a stay-at-home mom but “our income didn’t allow for that until R+F.” Leisa began as a Consultant in 2013 and now stays home with her kids and dedicates 25-30 hours each week to her R+F business, working around their busy family schedule. Leisa is thrilled with the fact that she has created a successful business “in my pajamas, at home, from my iPhone.” She hopes to change the lives of as many women as possible, empowering them to achieve the success they’ve dreamed of, all while creating a lasting legacy for her family.
