Sara Cavallaro was working as a project manager in pharmaceuticals when she saw a Facebook post about R+F. At the time, she was desperately seeking balance in her life because she was the classic “burned out working mom.” She decided to join R+F in 2012 to help create more balance and gain a possible exit strategy from her existing career.

Since then, Sara has taken back control of her life. “The business has provided tremendous time flexibility to our family, along with financial flexibility to tackle long-term significant financial goals.” She works 20-25 hours a week and loves empowering others to become great leaders. “There is nothing more rewarding than watching your partners achieve their dreams and their whys. That's the biggest reward of all.”

Working together with her team to achieve milestones is one of Sara’s favorite parts of the business. “The feeling you get from accomplishing something together is the best!” Her advice for those starting out with R+F is to set your goals and get to work. “Get very clear on your why and never ever give up.”
